Arab success at London Film Festival awards

Panah Panahi’s joyous acclaimed Cannes hit Hit the Road won the Best Film Award at this year’s London Film Festival, with Mounia Aki’s Venice success Costa Brava, Lebanon taking the Audience Award.

Other winners at this year's LFF were: Playground won the Best First Feature Award; Becoming Cousteau took the Documentary Competition prize; Love, Dad won the Best Short Film Award and Only Expansion took the Immersive Art and XR Award.
