Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, who has been off screen for a few years, is the new face of Dubai tourism, taking centre-stage to star in a vibrant and musical new advert to help try and drive tourism to Dubai.
In the advert he is encouraged to take a look around the city by one of his children after a film shoot, looking onto the iconic Atlantis resort on The Palm. For a taste of Shah Rukh Khan taking time out in Dubai, click here
He is also set to team up with filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani for Dunki, which will co-star Taapsee Pannu. No plot details have been revealed, but the film -- which is set for a release in December 2023 -- promises comedy and romance. Khan is also shooting Yash Raj Films’ Pathaan, directed by Siddharth Anand alongside Deepika Padukone and John Abraham, due out in January of next year.
