This year’s El Gouna Film Festival (GFF) exhibition commemorates the 25th anniversary of the death of Polish director Krzysztof Kieślowski, with the festival’s fifth edition also screening a selection of his films as part of the programme.

The exhibition has been curated by renowned production designer and art director Onsi Abu Seif, with the exhibition's opening ceremony attended by the GFF’s director Intishal Al-Timimi; artistic director Amir Ramses and the festival’s co-founder and COO Bushra Rozza.

Being held at the TU Berlin Campus El Gouna , the exhibition offers text about Kieślowski’ life and films; 23 framed posters from the Film Museum in Łódź, all inspired by Kieślowski’s films and original material from the French Cinémathèque. Also part of the exhibition is a documentary titled Krzysztof Kieślowski – I’m So-So, directed by Krzysztof Wierzbicki.
