Pokémon fans rejoice! The inaugural Pokémon GO Tour: Live Event is heading to Abu Dhabi next year for a live event to be staged to the recently open Yas Bay Waterfront.
The event will be staged on February 26, 2022, with gamers joining like-minded fans across the world at Kaohsiung, Taiwan at the Taiwan Lantern Festival and Monterrey, Mexico at the Parque Fundidora for other live Pokémon events.
Yas Island Pokémon GO players will have access to all sorts of exclusives, such as real-world habitats, a special game plan and in-game features, plus there will also be an exclusive in-game medal, special stickers and exclusive merchandise.
The event will be stage in partnership with the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) and Miral, and it is the first-ever live Pokémon GO Tour event in the UAE.
