In a previous article we highlighted on MIME some titles to watch this Ramadan. But this Holy Season would not be complete without some Turkish fare -- TV fare that is.

So, just in time here are two titles on Viu, an OTT video-streaming service available throughout the Region.

That Girl [أحلام زينب] features the story of Zaynab, a young woman who struggles to make a living and keep her family together, all compounded by her father's illness and constant financial hardship. A chance encounter with a wealthy man may alter her life forever. The ensemble cast includes the well-known actor Erkan Petekkaya along with Cengiz Orhonlu, Sezin Akbaşoğulları, Dilin Döger, Ayten Uncuoglu. The drama plays out over sixteen, 145-minute episodes.

Twist of Fate [لعبة الحظ] asks the question "should you marry for love and risk the repeat of the family curse  of failed marriages?" Ada is the one seeking an elusive answer to the age old question. Against the odds, she falls in love and marries the man of her dreams. But challenging fate can have unexpected consequences. The romantic comedy features a stellar cast with Aytaç Şaşmaz, Cemre Baysel, Idris Nebi Taşkan and Asli Sümen in key roles.

Viu offers fresh premium TV series, movies and lifestyle programs in local and regional languages and subtitles in different genres from top content providers, as well as premium original productions under the brand “Viu Original”.

Viu also offers users streaming and download features, and localized user interfaces across a myriad of connected devices. Viu can provide the best viewing experience regardless of device or network conditions.

The service can be accessed via the Viu app (available for free on App Store and Google Play) on connected devices, e.g. smartphones and tablets, select smart TVs, as well as on the web by logging into www.viu.com.

In addition, Viu International Limited, through its subsidiary Moov (Hong Kong) Limited, also operates MOOV, a popular digital music streaming and live music concerts service in Hong Kong.
